A challenging stay with great location
The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk to Al Haram, making it easy to access the holy site anytime with family. It’s a real advantage for anyone visiting.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room cleanliness was severely lacking, with dirty toilets and no drinking water provided. On top of that, check-in was frustratingly late at 5 PM, making our short stay even more complicated.

Plus, the check-in time at 5 PM feels off, especially when checkout is at 11 AM. It just doesn't make sense for a single-night stay. Sound insulation isn't the best either—I could hear too much from the neighboring rooms.
